Release notes

This release has a single pressing ring @ 69mm. It also has a very faintly stamped letter "P" in both runouts preceding the matrix number. Both characteristics are indicative of a Columbia pressed record from the Pitman pressing plant that was in New Jersey.

Some copies will have a round green "Distributed By Chrysalis" sticker on back cover.
